Koji Mikami’s 40 years of riding experience across mountains and deep powder around the world form the foundation of Maverick Figures’ design philosophy.　The riding sensibility refined over decades is translated into unique shapes that pursue a true connection with the snow.Based in Mt. Tanigawa, known for its steep terrain and heavy snowfall, each model is developed through extensive real-world testing — from backcountry lines to deep powder fields — shaping only the performance that truly works in demanding conditions.　Maverick Figures is not driven by speed or float alone.　Our focus is on creating boards with the completeness to support long, safe, and deeply fulfilling days in the mountains.　Here we present a new standard of snowboarding, born from authentic Made in Japan craftsmanship.
